Full-Time | Hybrid Work Environment At Ready To Roll Garage Doors, we help homeowners protect what matters most. As one of the fastest-growing garage door companies in the Triangle, we're looking for a motivated team member who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role starts with customer service and scheduling but offers opportunities to grow into operations, marketing, reporting, and leadership responsibilities as the company continues to expand.
What You'll Do:
Customer Experience Answer inbound customer calls Schedule service appointments Respond to website leads and customer inquiries Follow up with homeowners regarding estimates and service requests Ensure every customer receives a professional, friendly experience Operations Support Maintain customer records and CRM data Track lead follow-up activities Assist with reporting and business metrics Support vendor and team communications Help improve internal systems and processes Marketing Support Organize project photos Assist with online review responses Support blog and content publishing Participate in local marketing initiatives What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using technology and learning new software Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and dependable Customer service experience preferred Schedule & Work Environment Full-time 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Five days per week One weekend day per week Hybrid schedule Minimum one work-from-home day each week What We Offer Paid training Paid time off Hybrid work environment Career growth opportunities Leadership development Supportive team culture Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding local company Career Path Many companies hire people into a job.
