What We're Looking For While the specifics may vary, we're especially excited to meet folks who: Take ownership and love turning messy processes into well-oiled machines Have experience in startup or high-growth environments Are passionate about delivering real business impact for customers Communicate clearly and proactively — both internally and externally Can confidently articulate where they'd drive value within our mission What You Might Work On Depending on your background and interests, you could help lead or contribute to: Building and scaling our onboarding and implementation workflows Creating proactive playbooks to increase customer engagement and retention Working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into action Driving upsell/expansion opportunities and managing strategic accounts Launching new CS tooling or automation that improves efficiency At Pallet, we move fast, care deeply about customer outcomes, and are building a team that thrives on trust, accountability, and creativity. Location:
