Position:
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing warm inbound leads, looking for potential business opportunities, and connecting with previous customers. The CSM will collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and re-engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with warm prospects who have expressed interest in MiiR via phone, email and in-person Identify and qualify potential customers Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities Attend trade shows to build relationships and generate leads Consistently track progress toward meeting sales goals Proactively manage and maintain a pipeline of interested customers, to increase inbound lead conversion Support other functions, where necessary (order processing, various projects, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong self-starter 2+ years in sales (B2B preferred) and a track record of exceeding sales targets Effective team and cross-functional player Strong email, phone, and communication skills Excel skills and data analysis experience a plus Understanding of the wholesale and retail business a plus

Our salary ranges are thoughtfully benchmarked to reflect our size, stage, and values as an independently owned, Certified B Corporation. The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 USD, with OTE of $70,000 - $80,000. New hire salaries typically fall between the range minimum and midpoint, depending on job-related skills, experience, and expertise as assessed during the interview process.
