You'llberesponsiblefortheaccuracyandupkeepofourSalesforceKnowledgebase,transformingdense,complexproductupdatesandtechnicalprocessesintoclear,actionableStandardOperatingProcedures(SOPs).Thisisn'tjustaboutdocumentation;it'saboutbreakingdownbarrierstoinformation.

Byworkingcross-functionallywithProduct,Enablement,andvariousstakeholderteams,youwillinvestigatenewfeaturesandtroubleshootambiguousworkflowstocreateaseamlessroadmapforourassociates.

You'llalsopartnercloselywithProductandProductMarketingtotranslateupcomingfeaturesintoready-to-useguideswhileproactivelyfeedingfrontlineinsightsbacktoProductteamstohelprefinetheuserexperience.
