We are on the hunt for a part-time fast-food Catering Coordinator to help us expand our catering services and nurture relationships in the vibrant community of Houston and its suburbs. If you have a knack for event planning and customer service and would enjoy creating a new role in our company, we want you on our team!

Your Role:

Engaging with clients through communications, crafting proposals, and follow-ups to ensure their catering needs are met. Preparing tailor-made quotes, contracts, and event confirmations to align with client expectations. Coordinating seamlessly with our kitchen and delivery teams to execute flawless events. Supporting marketing campaigns through engaging email initiatives and promotional materials. Delivering exceptional client satisfaction by solving problems creatively and communicating clearly. Being the creative problem-solver during unexpected situations, drawing in your supervisors as needed.

What You'll Bring:

Prior experience in catering, restaurant, or hospitality industries with a customer-service mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding customer service skills, presenting a friendly, calm, and professional appearance. A self-starter attitude, and the ability to productively manage time while working from home on a flexible schedule. Skill using Microsoft Office and common computer applications. Ability to communicate masterfully both verbally and in writing. Fluency in English. Spanish is preferred but not required. A fully functioning vehicle and clean driving record. Ability to travel within the Houston metro area. We offer a starting pay rate of $14 - $19 per hour based on experience, plus the chance to be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to making delightful food experiences.
