Manages the customer experience from prospect through day to day use of our cleaning service. This includes managing lead to sales process, meeting sales conversion targets, scheduling, complaint resolution, answering customer questions, and developing programs to enhance the Company's sales and customer service program.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the following: 1. Working with little or no supervision. 2. Performing all In-Home Estimates at a prospect's home 3. Following up on all leads to convert to customers 4. Maintaining the daily schedule to balance the equal needs of minimizing travel, satisfying customer requests, and keeping as many "blue" customers as possible. 5. Answering customer phone calls and responding to customer emails and online messages. Keeping in-boxes as streamlined as possible at all times. 6. Satisfactorily resolving all customer concerns. 7. Minimizing customer satisfaction credits while still maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 8. Providing direct feedback to the Operations Manager regarding Cleaner complaints. 9. Meeting with customers on accelerated issues as needed. 10. Managing schedule changes as needed. 11. Ability to work from home and handle customer issues after business hours including weekends if needed. 12. Ability to work 45+ hours per week. The hours will be determined by the General Manager to suit the office needs (opening, closing, etc). 13. Developing programs as needed that would improve our systems to present to the General Manager. 14. Managing the Company's online reputation and responding to all online reviews in a timely manner. 15. Maintaining all customers files (notes, great jobs, complaints, breakages, balances, etc) 16. Participation in Company Management meetings, activities, and/or conventions as required. 17. Other responsibilities based on business and Company needs as determined by the Owner and/or the General Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS 1.
Detailed knowledge of the DCRS. 2. Exceptional attendance. 3. The Customer Service Manager is part of the Management Team and must be available during both business and non-business hours. 4. Exceptional relationships with other Team Members. 5. Ability to work in an emotionally demanding role. 6. Excellent verbal (in-person and over the phone) and written communication skills. 7. Excellent sales skills. 8. Following up with relentless vigor on all sales leads to add to customer serviced. 9. High level of confidence and a
POSITIVE ATTITUDE. 10.
Ability to set appropriate boundaries in workplace friendships. 11. Other requirements based on business needs. 12. 100%
COMMITMENT AND A HUGE SENSE OF URGENCY!
13. Bi-lingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
