Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and people-oriented Sales & Client Experience Coordinator to serve as one of the primary points of contact for prospective and existing clients. This role is far more than simply answering phones or booking appointments. You will often be speaking with busy, overwhelmed, or stressed individuals who are looking for relief, support, and dependable help inside their home. We are looking for someone who can genuinely listen, understand what people need, communicate clearly, and guide clients toward solutions that truly fit their situation.
The ideal candidate is:

Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries Guide prospective clients through the quoting and booking process Listen carefully to client needs and recommend appropriate services Build trust and confidence during sales conversations Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication Coordinate scheduling details and client preferences Maintain organized client records and notes Handle client concerns professionally and compassionately Support recurring client relationships and retention efforts Collaborate closely with office staff and field teams Use company software systems efficiently and accurately Assist owner with administrative and operational tasks as needed (approximately 10% of role) Help support healthy recurring schedules for field technicians and overall schedule stability Help create smooth, dependable client experiences from first contact onward Schedule & Work Environment Hybrid position 3 in-office days per week 2 remote workdays per week Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (one hour break) No nights or major holidays Qualifications Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or client coordination Strong communication and active listening skills Emotionally intelligent and able to read people well Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously Tech savvy and able to learn software systems quickly Professional written and verbal communication skills Calm, dependable, and solution-oriented Able to handle sensitive or stressful conversations with maturity and empathy Strong follow-through and personal accountability Experience in home services, hospitality, or relationship-based service industries is a plus Performance & Incentive Structure This role plays an important part in helping maintain healthy recurring schedules for our field technicians and creating dependable experiences for our clients.
