Our services include website design, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, video production, traditional media buying, programmatic advertising, streaming TV, radio, and strategic marketing consulting. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, client-focused professional who can become the primary point of contact for our clients and help ensure projects move smoothly from strategy through execution. Position Summary The Senior Client Success Manager serves as the primary liaison between our clients and internal production teams. This individual will own day-to-day client communication, develop marketing strategy, coordinate deliverables, manage reporting, facilitate meetings, and ensure exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate has previous agency experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and can proactively manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously. ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients Build strong client relationships through proactive communication Lead recurring client meetings and follow-up communications Identify client growth objectives and develop supporting marketing strategies Address client questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner Ensure clients clearly understand campaign progress, results, and next steps Project Coordination Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across departments Work closely with SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, and Creative teams Track project status and ensure deadlines are met Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact clients Maintain detailed project documentation and meeting notes Reporting & Performance Reviews Prepare and deliver client reports Coordinate performance reviews and strategy discussions Help communicate campaign results and recommendations Ensure clients receive consistent updates and transparency Client Retention & Growth Monitor client satisfaction and identify potential issues early Help improve retention through exceptional service Identify opportunities for additional services and account growth Support renewal and upsell conversations QualificationsRequired 3+ years of account management, client success, or project management experience Experience working within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience leading client meetings and presentations Proficiency with CRM and project management software Preferred Experience with integrated marketing campaigns across multiple tactics Understanding of marketing reporting and analytics Experience working with local business clients Experience coordinating cross-functional teams What Success Looks Like Within the first 60 days, you will: Become the primary point of contact for assigned clients Take ownership of client communications and meeting coordination Improve client response times and project visibility Create more efficient workflows between clients and production teams Help improve client retention and overall client satisfaction Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($51,000 - $65,000 based on experience) Performance bonus opportunities Paid time off Professional development opportunities Flexible work environment Opportunity for advancement as the agency continues to grow To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter explaining your agency experience and why you believe you would be a strong fit for this role.
