POSITION OVERVIEW
We only select key individuals to operate as Service Managers and give them authority to make decisions and act in the interest of the mission. We give you the license to do good by our people, our customers and our company. Insight Pest Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-driven leader and coach to oversee our Yuma location. You will be held accountable for the operations, sales efforts, compliance guidelines and performance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SERVICE MANAGERS
Retention of our customers Staffing the team appropriately with highest quality candidates Covering routes and performing services when needed Training new technicians as well as continual training of current technicians Leading weekly team meetings Auditing and submitting timesheets accurately for payroll Performing regular ride-alongs with technicians Making sure their team has the product they need Conducting formal employee reviews twice a year Facilitating vehicle maintenance and cleanliness Maintaining a healthy culture on the team Understanding reports and areas of improvement within their team Work closely with Operational leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Servant Leadership mindset 3-5 years of leadership experience Pest control experience preferred Clean driving record Pass a drug test Pass background check Time-management skills
Schedule:
Flexible schedule from Monday through Saturday Weekend availability
