Squad Response Coordinator Mosquito Squad of North Texas Decatur, TX Full-Time No experience required — we will train the right person Office environment Sales bonus available Job description Mosquito Squad of North Texas is looking for a Squad Response Coordinator to help keep our business moving and our customers cared for. This is a fast-paced office role for someone who can handle details, take action quickly, communicate well, and follow through. You will support customers, help with scheduling and dispatch, and assist with sales follow-up so our team can deliver a consistent experience across Lewisville, Saginaw, Frisco, and McKinney. This is not just an "answer the phone" job. This role helps connect the customer, the office, and the field. No previous experience is necessary. We will train the right person. What you will do Answer inbound calls professionally and warmly Help customers with scheduling, rescheduling, questions, and service concerns Respond quickly to leads and help turn inquiries into scheduled services Follow up on open leads, unsold opportunities, and customer callbacks Support dispatch and scheduling by keeping appointments accurate and organized Update customer profiles, service notes, and appointment information in the system Help resolve customer issues with urgency and care Support route efficiency by making sure field notes and appointment details are clear Work closely with operations, technicians, and leadership to keep things running smoothly We are looking for someone who: works well in a fast-paced environment handles a lot of details without dropping the ball takes immediate action instead of waiting around communicates clearly and professionally genuinely cares about customers follows through well can shift between customer service, scheduling, and sales support is coachable and ready to learn Our core values We want team members who fit our core values: Master Their Craft Hard Working Does the Hard Stuff Uses Their Brain Second Mile Mentality Picks Up the Slack Requirements Strong communication skills Friendly and professional phone presence Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Strong follow-up and organization Dependable and on time Comfortable learning software and office systems Able to work well with customers, technicians, and leadership Authorized to work in the United States Experience No previous experience required. 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Friday:
