We are looking for a work order coordinator. We are looking for a problem solver! This position acts as a liaison between our clients and technicians to get a job done.

Responsibilities:

Data entry GREAT personality! Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Develop strong relationships with customers Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis Record keeping Act as liaison between technicians and clients.
