Starting Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 The base hourly pay range above represents the minimum and maximum of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and geographic location. Hourly rates may vary based upon state/local minimum wage restrictions. Final hourly rate of pay will be discussed and determined during the hiring process. Hourly employees will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law and KBS policy.Position Summary:
The Trade Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of trade service requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution while maintaining exceptional client communication. This role requires operational precision, technical aptitude, and proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, Corrigo, and ServiceChannel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to coordinate multiple trades and vendors efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end work order processes , from dispatch and scheduling to completion, invoicing, and client follow-up Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service delivery Create and maintain client-facing documentation , including quotes and work order summaries Monitor SLAs and prioritize workloads to meet client expectations Maintain accurate records and reports using Salesforce, Excel, and other relevant platforms Resolve issues proactively, providing solutions that maintain service quality and client satisfaction Support onboarding and training of new coordinators as needed Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, translating technical details into actionable informationRequirements:
Proven experience in trade services coordination, project management, or facilities operations Strong proficiency in Salesforce (preferred) and other workflow platforms Advanced Excel skills, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple work orders simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Client-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Preferred Experience Experience with large accounts or multi-location clients Knowledge of multiple trades (electrical, doors, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) Exposure to high-volume service environments Understanding of SLA and workflow compliance What's In It for You?
