Job Description

Sovereign Private Wealth is a growing, independent, faith-based wealth management firm focused on helping families steward their financial lives with wisdom, clarity, and purpose. We provide comprehensive financial planning and values-based investing while building long-term relationships with our clients, all from a Biblical worldview. At Sovereign, our work is guided by principles of stewardship, integrity, and service. We are seeking a Client Operations & Administrative Associate to support our Director of Client Services and help maintain a high standard of organization and client care as our firm grows. Key Responsibilities Schedule meetings for prospective and existing clients Assist with client communication and phone coverage Support client account paperwork and updates Help prepare materials for client meetings Maintain office organization and supplies Assist with client events and marketing logistics Support general operational tasks for the advisory team Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or client service experience Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and email Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented Experience in financial services or a professional office environment is a plus Work Environment In-office role based in Greenville, SC Collaborative, team-focused environment Opportunity to grow within a growing firm
Salary Range:
