Job Description

This is not a traditional office administrator role. This is a growth position that supports the front half of
IMC:
turning website leads into clear House-in-Hand prospects, then helping signed clients move through permitting with clarity, speed, and confidence.
ROLE FOCUS
Manage inbound website leads and first-touch follow-up. Through Zoom or in-office Design Consultations, guide prospects through early plan direction, budget range, land status, financing path, timeline, and site-visit readiness. Prepare and deliver qualified House-in-Hand prospects to Richard Jr. for preliminary pricing, customization, and contract discussion. Coordinate with lenders to help keep financing steps aligned with the project timeline. Coordinate with factories on plan packages, pricing inputs, production requirements, and project status. Coordinate permitting steps from signed contract through permit approval. Manage subcontractor payment coordination by collecting invoices, confirming approval status, and routing payments through the office. Provide bi-weekly client updates from start to finish, reducing confusion and keeping momentum protected.
SUCCESS MEASURES
Website leads become real House-in-Hand opportunities. Permits move faster than the two-month standard and are delivered to Construction Clients feel informed, calm, and cared for
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Client-facing experience preferred. Appreciates Phone and In-person contact as premier to email and text. Highly organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure. Strong communicator who can guide clients through decisions. Persistent with jurisdictions and disciplined with follow-through. Comfortable learning permitting, plans, and client experience from the team. Loyal, trustworthy, process-minded, and aligned with leadership.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
