00 per hour Are you a positive, highly organized professional who excels at supporting customers and keeping a busy service team on track? 5 Star HVAC, a locally owned heating and cooling company serving the Charleston area, is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Coordinator to act as the main point of contact for our clients and a vital support resource for our technicians. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, solving problems quickly, and ensuring smooth operations every day. What You'll Earn Hourly rate of $17.25
  • $25.00 per hour , based on experience Monday
  • Friday schedule, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (with occasional overtime during busy seasons) What You'll Do Handle incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer support Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes Make sure technicians have the correct parts, equipment, and information needed for each job Keep customers updated on their service status and timelines Maintain accurate records and service documentation Collaborate with technicians, dispatch, and management to resolve issues efficiently What We're Looking For Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A positive, solution-focused mindset Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Comfortable operating multi-line phone systems HVAC knowledge or Service Titan experience is a significant advantage This is a key role where you'll directly impact customer satisfaction and help keep our service operations running at a high level.
