Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as our Plumbing Service Manager, where you'll lead and oversee all aspects of our service plumbing operations. This vital role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient project execution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. As a key driver of our plumbing services department, you'll coordinate teams, manage resources, and uphold safety standards across diverse construction sites. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate plumbing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards Lead a team of plumbers, technicians, and field service personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Have the ability to seek out and aquire new service clients Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to execute precise installation and repair work Manage procurement of materials and tools such as hand tools, power tools, and site specific material Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper handling of heavy lifting tasks and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project specifications in plumbing services and remodeling projects Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to coordinate schedules and resolve technical issues efficiently Work closely with our dispatcher to insure that our clients are serviced properly as well as our technicians supported Requirements Proven experience in mangaing a team, all aspects of plumbing including installation, service and material ordering Demonstrated ability in construction estimating, project management, and blueprint reading Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and basic math for precise measurements and calculations Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA standards Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must Excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively and coordinate with clients or general contractors Must have references and verible experience in managing technicians Join us in delivering top-tier plumbing solutions that keep our projects running smoothly!
