As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the perfect wine and spirits for any occasion. Your enthusiasm, coupled with your strong communication and sales skills, will drive the success of our store. From sharing your expertise on various wine varieties to ensuring a seamless shopping experience, you'll play a key role in delighting our customers and contributing to the overall success of our wine shop. If you have a love for wine and a desire to create memorable experiences for customers, we'd love to hear from you. Key Requirements:
Cultural Fit:
Alignment with the values and culture of the wine shop, including a commitment to promoting responsible drinking and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the needs of the business and its customers.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry cases of wine, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
Customer Service Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to provide exceptional customer service, including assisting customers in selecting wines based on their preferences and budget.
Sales Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality is preferred. Proven ability to meet sales targets and upsell products.
