Bilingual Insurance Account Manager for Personal Lines Westmoreland Insurance A Division of Carriage Hill Insurance Johnson City, TN Westmoreland Insurance is seeking a Bilingual P&C Licensed Account Manager to join our growing insurance agency. This position plays a key role in assisting clients, handling day-to-day service needs, selling insurance products, and supporting our producers and account managers. An active insurance license isn't required but is
HIGHLY PREFERRED BILINGUAL
(Spanish-English) is required Position Overview Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist clients in person, by phone, and email Service auto, home, and other insurance policies (endorsements, payments, questions) Gather information for quotes and perform new business sales Communicate with insurance carriers and internal staff Provide professional, friendly support to a diverse client base Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency procedures Qualifications Insurance license (Property & Casualty) Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable with computers, office systems, and multitasking Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and licensing Opportunity to grow within a well-established agency Supportive team environment
