Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented contractor to join our operations team. This role involves handling time-sensitive daily reports, managing sensitive client information, and providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and financial advisors. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process and manage daily operational reports with strict deadlines. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and accuracy. Provide phone support for clients and financial advisors (approximately half the workday). Deliver a service-first experience in all client interactions. Collaborate effectively with team members in both virtual and in-person meetings. Participate actively in team discussions, training, and feedback sessions. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) at an advanced level. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven experience in a client service or operations support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure. Professional, pleasant demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction. Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and financial professionals. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly. Willingness to fully engage in team meetings, both virtual and in-person. High school diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of 3 years of client services experience. This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $17.25/hour - $23.00/hour
