Nashville, TN Job Details 16 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description TSH is currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Contacting drivers for status updates Creating, coordinating and completing shipments of goods with owner operators and partner carriers Communicating with customers when necessary to advise shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders Providing excellent customer service at all times Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders Our ideal candidate will possess the following: Excitement and passion for our company mission and core values Ability to handle customer issues and/or concerns in a professional manner Impeccable customer service skills and a strong desire to help others Enjoys talking on the phone and is a quick learner Willing to work hard for what you want; work hard - play hard attitude Want an entry-level position in a fast-growing, fun company Extreme multi-tasking ability Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Enthusiasm and high energy High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred; Supply Chain/Logistics major a plus
