In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing service requests with professionalism. Your energetic approach will ensure seamless communication between customers and service technicians, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Duties Always maintain a safe work environment and take into consideration Maintains knowledge of computer software systems and other technology systems. Contact customers and schedules appointments for service on appliances. Answer phone calls from customers professionally and respond to customer inquiries and complaints. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources. Build a positive relationship with customers. Create Service Tickets and follow through to make sure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Completes/ required training in the expected time-frame and participates in ongoing learning opportunities. Training may require off-site and overnight travel. Adheres to company policies/procedures and protocols Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be available to work Monday through Saturdays as necessary Must be willing to work as a team player Must have great communication skills verbally/ written Strong computer skills Positive attitude and willing to learn Able to multitask calmly and efficiently Must have a pleasant demeanor Physically able to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting and other activities necessary to perform job Join us as a Service Call Coordinator and be a key player in delivering outstanding service experiences! Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
