In this role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate with cleaning teams, monitor service performance, and help drive customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and operations to ensure expectations are met or exceeded Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor service quality and resolve issues proactively Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Respond promptly to client inquiries, service requests, or concerns, and follow up to ensure resolution Coordinate service schedules, special projects, and account-specific needs with the operations team Track performance metrics, prepare client reports, and assist with renewals and upsells Support cleaning teams to ensure they meet job requirements and company standards Handle incident reporting, corrective actions, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or operations; preferably in the cleaning, janitorial, or service industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset Exceptional attention to detail in monitoring service quality and following up on client issues Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling or CRM software Valid driver's license Bilingual (Ability to communicate in Spanish -both written and spoken)
