Job Summary Join a dynamic and fast-paced medical practice as a Customer Service Supervisor, where your leadership and customer service expertise will drive excellence in patient interactions and team performance. In this vital role, you will oversee daily front-office operations, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and manage a team of customer service representatives. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the customer service team to deliver outstanding patient care and support. Coordinate daily front-desk activities, including appointment scheduling, check-in/out procedures, and patient inquiries. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance, communication skills, and customer service standards. Monitor team performance through analysis of service metrics, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement. Manage patient complaints or concerns with professionalism, employing negotiation skills to resolve issues effectively. Oversee multilingual communication efforts to accommodate diverse patient populations and ensure clear understanding across language barriers. Requirements Proven leadership or supervising experience in a customer service environment, preferably within healthcare or medical practices. Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goals. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patients effectively. Experience in negotiation and sales techniques to handle difficult situations diplomatically while maintaining positive relationships. Knowledge of customer service best practices combined with a genuine passion for helping others in a healthcare setting.
