What You'll Do:
Sales & Customer Support:
Assist customers at the front counter, handle phone orders, and ensure smooth operations. You'll learn all aspects of our business to better serve our customers. •
Order Management:
Process orders, support will-call pickups and maintain an organized and efficient workspace to ensure excellent customer service. •
Team Collaboration:
Be an active part of a growing company that values accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
What We're Looking For:
• Hardware knowledge preferred •
Self-Starter:
Motivated and reliable, with a passion for learning and growing within a team. •
Customer Service Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service and sales role. •
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with email and electronic order entry systems.
Positive Attitude:
Friendly, coachable, and accountable with a can-do attitude.
