Full Job Description Customer Success Manager Location:
Austin, TX (Hybrid/Onsite)
Salary:
$60,000-$70,000 We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a fast growing technology company in Austin. This role will work closely with the Account Executive team, helping onboard new customers, build strong client relationships, and ensure a smooth customer experience from implementation through ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer onboarding and implementation activities Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions and issues Build and maintain strong client relationships Partner closely with Account Executives to drive customer success and retention Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase engagement
Requirements:
Previous Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities Experience within SaaS or technology environments preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business with significant growth plans and long-term career progression opportunities.
Pay:
