Job Description
Visiting Angels provides living assistance services to the elderly and disabled. Our Belton, TX location is a fast paced, professional and rewarding environment. We are looking for a compassionate person with strong customer service skills. The responsibilities for the position available is as follows: Answering the telephones in a timely and professional manner Lead follow up Coordinating client schedules with scheduling manager and assisting with scheduling as needed Managing client accounts Completing necessary client documentation Initial client assessments Client reassessments and supervisory visits Marketing and benefit education Handling client issues and complaints After hours, on call duties (nights and weekends)
