You'll help ensure exceptional customer experiences, maintain a strong safety culture, develop team members, and drive profitable growth. Your leadership will help keep equipment running, customers satisfied, and our team moving forward together. What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, including financial performance, customer service, safety, training, and process improvement. Coach, develop, and support service team members while fostering accountability, quality workmanship, and operational efficiency. Build strong customer relationships through regular communication, problem resolution, and proactive support of key service accounts. Manage departmental resources, fleet vehicles, vendor relationships, equipment, tooling, and facility needs while maintaining budget goals. What You'll Bring Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams. Strong business acumen with the ability to manage performance, priorities, and customer expectations. Mechanical aptitude and service industry experience, preferably in forklift repair, equipment rental, or a related field. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
