Position Overview We're hiring a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to manage the full order lifecycle — from purchase order to delivery confirmation. This position is perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, and solving problems before they happen. You'll play a vital role in order processing, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction , ensuring every order runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers , responding to inquiries quickly and professionally. Enter and manage orders in QuickBooks with accuracy in pricing, product codes, and shipping details. Coordinate logistics , including obtaining freight quotes, scheduling carriers, and tracking deliveries. Communicate daily with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure customer needs are met. Maintain accurate shipping documents (BOL, SDS, COA, packing lists) and digital records. Monitor delivery status and proactively resolve any shipping or order delays. Keep a company phone for after hours issues (you will be compensated for after hours work.) Support compliance by maintaining DOT, OSHA, and EPA documentation standards. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or order management. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP systems, or order-tracking software preferred. Ability to multi-task, prioritize , and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, resourceful, and dependable work ethic.
