As a Wellness Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting client relationships, scheduling, client communication, membership education, wellness package enrollment, rebooking, and overall client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting others on their wellness journey. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, cared for, and supported. This position includes performance-based commission opportunities tied to membership enrollments, wellness package sales, client retention, and other key wellness initiatives. We are not looking for a receptionist. We are looking for someone who can help create meaningful connections, inspire healthy habits, and support our clients' long-term wellness goals.
