Customer Experience Supervisor | Las Colinas, TX As a Call Center Supervisor, you'll lead the team that is often the first voice of hope for our patients. Your leadership sets the tone — calm, compassionate, organized, and confident. You'll coach your team, support them through challenges, and ensure every caller feels heard, respected, and cared for.
