This Entry Level Assistant Manager - Telecommunications position is an entry-level role built for individuals who want hands-on experience, structured training, and a long-term path toward management. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll learn the ins and outs of daily operations, team support, and frontline customer service, all while gaining valuable sales and leadership skills. What You'll Do as an
Entry Level Assistant Manager:
Learn and apply company training in sales, customer service, and account management through direct customer interactions as part of the Entry Level Assistant Manager - Telecommunications development track. Assist customers with product knowledge, service questions, enrollments, and overall customer service support. Collaborate with team members to exceed sales goals while enhancing the customer service experience. Participate in leadership development sessions, mentorship programs, and performance coaching designed specifically for the Entry Level Assistant Manager - Telecommunications role. Represent our partner brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and the high level of customer service our clients expect. Support daily operational tasks and contribute to overall team success as an Entry Level Assistant Manager. Qualifications We Look For in an
Entry Level Assistant Manager:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. A desire to grow into leadership and management roles—this is the core mission of the Entry Level Assistant Manager - Telecommunications program. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Previous sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
