Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations across our retail or service environment. This role is essential in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for creating a positive shopping or service experience for customers. Duties Lead and supervise team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability Manage employee orientation, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled workforce Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to attract top talent for various roles within the store or department Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions with accuracy and integrity Develop and implement scheduling strategies to ensure proper shift coverage and operational efficiency Monitor retail math metrics such as sales, pricing, and inventory control to meet business targets Coordinate purchasing decisions, budgeting, and marketing initiatives to maximize profitability Supervise daily store operations including cashiering, customer service, stock stocking, and store maintenance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations Skills Strong management skills with proven supervisory experience in retail or service environments Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Proficiency in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and team management strategies Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail math principles Ability to perform retail math calculations related to pricing, sales analysis, and budgeting Skilled in merchandising techniques, marketing strategies, and promotional planning Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment Experience with recruiting processes including interviewing candidates for various roles such as assistant manager or supervisory positions Familiarity with payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, inventory control practices, and store management software Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us as a Manager if you're ready to lead a vibrant team while delivering exceptional retail experiences.
