About the Role This is a full-time, in-person position supporting the daily operations and client experience at our Georgetown clinic. You will be the connective tissue between our clients, our providers, and our clinical schedule — keeping everything running smoothly while ensuring every person who visits Aurora feels genuinely welcomed and well cared for. This role requires equal parts operational precision and people warmth. You will manage scheduling, coordinate treatment flow, handle transactions, support retail and membership conversations, and contribute meaningfully to a team culture that Georgetown clients notice and remember. Responsibilities Day-to-day duties at our Georgetown clinic. Deliver a high-level, welcoming client experience from check-in through check-out Manage provider schedules with accuracy, efficiency, and proactive communication Coordinate daily treatment flow to ensure seamless, on-time service delivery Maintain accurate client records and handle financial transactions with precision Confidently present and discuss services, packages, and membership options Support retail recommendations and client education on products and aftercare Partner closely with providers to support strong rebooking rates and follow-up Contribute to a positive, professional team culture that Georgetown clients can feel Qualifications Required Strong interpersonal and communication skills — warm, professional, and articulate Comfortable in a client-facing, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Genuine passion for the beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics industry Preferred 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, dental, dermatology, or upscale hospitality Familiarity with scheduling or practice management software Local ties to Georgetown or the surrounding Williamson County area Compensation and Schedule Detail Information Pay Competitive — discussed during interview process Health Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Retirement 401(k) with company match Time Off Paid holidays and PTO Perks Generous employee discounts on Aurora services and products Hours Full-time, 36-40 hrs/week; mix of weekday shifts Saturday Rotating Saturdays included Work Setting In-person — Georgetown, TX (on-site only) Aurora Medical Spa is an equal opportunity employer.
