In this role, you will focus on long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

Account Growth:

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within your existing book of business.

Problem Resolution:

Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

Required Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma Experience:

1+ Year in Account Management, customer relations or client services.

Communication:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
