Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Car Wash Assistant Manager who excels in both operations and sales. This role is responsible for overseeing daily car wash operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management Oversee daily car wash operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality service Manage staff schedules, training, and performance Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational Monitor inventory levels (cleaning supplies, chemicals, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer experience and resolve complaints professionally Build strong relationships with repeat customers Ensure all services meet or exceed customer expectations Sales & Revenue Growth Promote and upsell car wash packages, memberships, and add-on services Train staff on sales techniques and customer engagement Track daily sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Implement promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Team Leadership Hire, train, and motivate employees Set clear goals and hold team members accountable Foster a positive and high-energy work environment Financial & Reporting Handle cash management and daily financial reporting Monitor expenses and maintain profitability Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
Qualifications:
Previous experience in car wash, automotive service, retail, or hospitality management Proven track record in sales or upselling services Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Basic knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and operations Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay:
$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
