$73,000-$78,000 + Benefits What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support Process quotes and orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate deliveries, services, and order fulfillment activities Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, invoicing, and returns Assist customers in identifying solutions that best fit their needs Partner closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience Provide support across multiple business functions as needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of customer service, account coordination, inside sales, or related experience Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or technical product environment preferred Strongmunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Mechanical aptitude or interest in technical products is a plus #HPIND
