Full Time We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our service department and help deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, profitability, and team development within a fast-paced dealership environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department Drive customer satisfaction and ensure a high-quality repair experience Coach, develop, and support Service Advisors and Technicians Oversee workflow, productivity, and shop efficiency Monitor KPIs including CSI, labor sales, effective labor rate, and profitability Partner with Parts and Sales leadership to ensure smooth operations Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or Assistant Service Manager in a dealership setting Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven ability to drive CSI and department profitability Solid understanding of dealership service operations and workflows Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment CDK / Reynolds / Tekion or similar DMS experience preferred
