Job Description

We are seeking a
  • Field Service Coordinator
  • for our Pasadena location to support the coordination and execution of field service operations.
This role is key to ensuring efficient communication, organization, and delivery of services between internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.   • Key Responsibilities
  • + Coordinate field service activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery + Communicate with clients to address service-related inquiries and resolve issues + Track and report on service performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities + Collaborate with technical teams to resolve service challenges and enhance processes + Maintain accurate records of service activities, documentation, and client interactions •Qualifications & Skills•+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across shipping, receiving, and logistics functions + Warehouse experience picking, packing, shipping and tracking inventory + Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with clients + Analytical mindset with the ability to review performance data and support process improvements + ADVANCED proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP or similar systems required + Previous experience in field service coordination, logistics, or a related role is highly preferred •Interested?

  • Pay Details:
  • $25.
