Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership and strategic vision that will drive growth and enhance the excellence of our sales operations. Your expertise in B2B sales, management, and technology-driven sales processes will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional value to our clients. LGA Garage Door is dedicated to finding a Sales and Service Manager who will lead our sales, customer experience, and retention efforts effectively. You will serve as the primary expert in converting garage door service leads into sales while ensuring the smooth execution of high-quality operations. This essential role will bridge the communication and operational gap between our office staff, field technicians, and valued customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Lead Conversion Manage all inbound service lead flow via emails, phone calls, and partner channels. Convert raw leads into scheduled appointments and closed sales. Sell garage door products and services to both homeowners and commercial clients. Drive growth across LGA's most critical business channels. 2. Systems Optimization Act as the company "Super User" for Service Fusion software. Oversee data entry, tracking, and workflow optimization within the platform. 3. Customer Experience & Retention Monitor and promptly resolve inquiries via the main company inbox. Communicate clearly with customers through email, text, and phone calls. Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively. Review technician site checks to ensure accurate documentation for material orders. Prioritize service calls based on urgency, safety, and booking volume. Maintain up-to-date industry and product knowledge to better serve clients. 4. Operations Planning & Scheduling Manage daily shifts for service coordinators and field technicians. Coordinate heavy equipment rentals and drop-ship material deliveries. Structure job details to maximize first-time fix rates and minimize technician return trips. Delegate daily operational tasks to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow. 5. Financial Management & Contracting Request and verify Purchase Orders (POs) from commercial accounts. Generate vendor purchase orders within Service Fusion for precise inventory tracking. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, customer service, or operational dispatch. Advanced proficiency with Service Fusion or similar field service management software. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to balance logistics, sales, and customer care. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the garage door, construction, or home services industry is highly preferred.
Compensation:
between $80,000 to $90,000 Base + structure commission
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
