Lift Plastic Surgery is a boutique, high-performing plastic surgery practice in Webster, TX, serving the Houston metro. We specialize in deep plane facelifts and high-value facial and body surgical procedures. Our patient base includes a substantial Spanish-speaking pipeline. Our reputation is built on outcomes, not volume. We operate in o ur own building with a certified OR and a full-service Med Spa. We are AI-powered with Ad Vital, a proprietary platform built by our founder, Dr. Shitel Patel, double board certified in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. You are the conversion engine for every patient inquiry that enters our practice, regardless of where it originates: Every inbound phone call, DM, web form, social comment, and paid ad lead across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Conversion of those inbounds into booked, paid consultations on the surgeon's or Sales Consultant's virtual or in-person calendar Sub 5-minute response time during business hours , with structured coverage outside hours Bilingual English and Spanish patient handling at a professional level Clean handoff to our senior sales consultants for in-person consultation closing Re-engagement and follow-up of patients who do not book on the first touch Source-level tracking so we know which channels produce real consults versus noise Social Media content capture & publishing ( testimonials, before/afters, patient stories) when patient interactions create those opportunitiesHOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED
(KPI's Key Performance Indicators) Four numbers, all personally owned: Lead-to-consult-booking conversion rate across all channels Show rate for booked consults Response time on inbound leads (SLA compliance) Booked consult volume against monthly quota Variable compensation is tied directly to these. You control them, you earn them.WHO YOU ARE
Verifiable track record of exceeding quota in your last two roles. Pay stubs or commission statements available on request. Bilingual English and Spanish at a professional level. Hard requirement. Equally comfortable on phone, video call, text, and DM. This is a multi-channel role. Mature judgment in patient communication. This is healthcare. Tone matters more than activity. Within 15 minutes commute of our Webster, TX location presence preferred.WHO WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
Anyone who wants a flat salary. This role is performance-paid by design. Career front desk staff at medical or dental practices with no quota-carrying history. People who get nervous when handed a target. Anyone who has been laid off twice in a row without a clear performance story.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $55,000 to $70,000 depending on experience On-target earnings Year 1: $95,000 to $120,000 Top performer ceiling: $160,000+ . Variable comp is uncapped. Performance-based bonus structure tied to the KPIs above. Details provided during the interview process. Full-time position (5 days a week, sometimes 6): 8am to 5pm (Monday through Friday), with select Saturday hours Small team environment: work closely with Dr. Patel and a collaborative, cohesive staff Fast-paced but supportive: high patient volume with a focus on quality care Growth-oriented practice with a clear path for expanded scope GROWTH This is not just a job - or a place to "try something new" because your current career is boring you.
