Job Summary:
Online Image is seeking an energetic and strategic Digital Customer Success Team Manager to lead our dynamic customer success team in delivering exceptional digital marketing experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of customer success professionals, ensuring they provide outstanding support, foster strong client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your leadership will empower your team to proactively address client needs, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of our digital solutions. You will optimize customer journeys by deploying automation, analytics, and self-service enablement, bridging the gap between user needs and internal cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Hire, coach, and mentor a team of Digital Customer Success Managers (DCSMs). Lead strategic initiatives focused on the long-tail or volume segments of the customer base Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction through digital channels Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, product development, and support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer health scores, renewal rates, and satisfaction metrics to evaluate team effectiveness Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement Manage escalations efficiently by providing guidance on complex issues related to digital products or services Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management within a customer success or related environment, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client bases across different regions Strong leadership and management skills with previous supervising experience in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus Demonstrated expertise in customer service with a focus on digital solutions or SaaS platforms Analytical skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making and process improvements Negotiation and sales experience that supports upselling or renewal discussions with clients & brands Ability to develop strategies that align with business goals while maintaining exceptional client relationships Join us as we empower our customers through innovative digital solutions!
