Manager current customers by providing excellent customer service. Perform an important role in the overall customer experience by helping with sales, customer inquiries, merchandising, and store maintenance. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is being met.

Responsible for managing a wide array of accounts Fostering and maintaining relationships with clients Interface between both the customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolutions to clients concerns and/or needs Provide timely and accurate information to clients order status and product knowledge requests Work closely with sales team and production to reduce lead times, ensure quality, and provide on-time delivery of projects Serve as primary point of contact for specified accounts
Experience:
5+ years of experience in customer service
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
