HemaSource is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting client accounts within the infusion market-ensuring a seamless, responsive, and reliable customer experience. About the

Role:

As an Account Coordinator, you'll partner closely with our Sales team and internal departments to support customer accounts and drive satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle. From onboarding new customers to managing day-to-day support needs, your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and anticipate customer needs will be essential to success.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts, providing timely and professional support Deliver basic and advanced user training on our online ordering system Develop training materials, FAQs, and documentation to support inventory management and ordering process Onboard new customers, including ERP setup, license collection, pricing configuration, and staged order creation Create and maintain customized catalogs, item classifications, and pricing quotes Monitor and track shipments and backorders while proactively communication updates to customers Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Product Lifecycle, and Quality teams regarding communications and product updates Document key customer interactions, escalations, and opportunities within the CRM system Provide administrative sales support and cross-functional initiatives, including trade shows or customer outreach efforts

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP, WMS, or CRM systems is a plus Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and travel up to 20% as needed
