General information Name Will Call Specialist Ref # 2945 City Salt Lake City State Utah Country United States Function Customer Service Description & Requirements Job Description We are in search of a Will Call Specialist to join our growing team. The Will Call Specialist is responsible for managing and processing walk-in customer orders. You will play a key role in working closely with customers to meet their needs and ensure they have a successful and positive experience with BradyPLUS.

Responsibilities Include:
Assist walk-in customer with entering, reviewing, and placing orders Print, organize, and distribute order tickets to the warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment Maintain a high level of attention to detail when processing orders, verifying item numbers, quantities, and customer information Collect customer payment information in accordance with company policies and security standards Update and maintain customer credit card information accurately and confidentially Invoice completed tickets promptly once orders have been fulfilled Print and manager pre-entered orders Enter and process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) Maintain an organized and professional will call area to support a positive customer experience Additional duties or special projects as assignedThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service is preferred, but open to entry level candidates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills that portray professionalism and strong interpersonal skills Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Customer-centric with a focus on delivering exceptional service Ability to physically sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly to customersCompensation & Benefits:
