Certified �������� Trainer Manage all F45 Trainer education, motivation, and training. Ensure all sales and coaching staff adherence to F45 standards. Flexibility with position time management expectation. Coaching hours 15-20 classes per week/managing & social media initiatives 20-25 hours per week depending of work flow needs. Studio Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the teams at 2 locations alongside the Studios Head Trainer. As the in studio lead for the Fitness & Sales function of the studio, the Studio Coordinator must work with the owner & COO to increase fitness membership sales, as well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle. The Studio Coordinator is not only a mentor, but an Ambassador of our brand, and a proven leader.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive traffic to the studio and convert newcomers to memberships of the business through optimal programming and capacity utilization. Work with and inspire the Head Trainer to build and maintain class size through traffic scheduling optimization, as well as sales coordination between trainers and Studio Coordinator. Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio practices/processes are adhered to, including member check-in, payment handling, delinquent account procedures, and customer care calls. Ensure delivery of the highest member experience at all times "Be the Stellar F45 Example of Coach/Sales Brand Ambassador Maintain and grow the total membership base Increase studio conversion rate and achieve client retention goals. Drive client referral program. Lead generation, including establishing, expanding, and tracking outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and charitable organizations. Monitor daily sales activities to ensure all transactions are completed/processed accurately. Maintain superlative cleanliness, appearance and organization of the studio. Manage the coordination replenish of operational supplies/retail inventory. Liaise with the Owner and COO weekly to develop, promote and implement local sales initiatives, review KPIs, revenue reports, inventory, cost-control efforts, and issues concerning facilities maintenance. Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed. Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner, and maintain the highest level of client rapport and service. Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism, to both clients and internal staff. Maintain a strong working knowledge of our small-group training programs. Consistently seek new education and motivation methods for self and team. Regularly implement and schedule extended training of coaching staff. Participate in at least three (3) training sessions per week (lead by example) when not working.
EDUCATION AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED
2+ years of proven sales leadership (fitness experience preferred). Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills. Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients. Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor in person, on the telephone, and in email. Ability to work independently and collaborate with Owner COO and Head Trainer. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work harmoniously with trainers, clients and vendors. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Must have Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, online database usage, as well as ability to proficiently manage and post content for various media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position offers a competitive base salary $45-$50k (based on experience and performance). Opportunity to bonus based on overall performance/growth of studio.
