Head Spa Specialist (Luxury Wellness Experience) Oasis Head Spa | Wytheville & Christiansburg, VA Oasis Head Spa specializes in immersive, Japanese-inspired head spa experiences designed for deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and long-term scalp health. Every detail matters here, from the quality of touch to the tone of each interaction. We are intentional about who we bring onto our team. Clients come to Oasis to receive a level of care that is consistent, thoughtful, and elevated. We are looking for someone who values presence, consistency, and a high standard of care in everything they do. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends technical skill with a personalized, high-quality guest experience. Role Overview As a Head Spa Specialist, you will: Deliver signature head spa treatments following our established protocols Provide scalp, neck, and shoulder massage with precision and care Maintain a calm, clean, and detail-oriented treatment environment Guide clients through a consistent, high-quality experience from start to finish Represent the Oasis standard in every interaction Training & Expectations We provide an extensive, hands-on training program to ensure every team member is fully aligned with our methods and service standards. Full training provided A one-year commitment is expected following training A confidentiality agreement (NDA) and non-compete agreement are required to protect proprietary methods and the integrity of the brand experience Engagement Structure Independent contractor (1099) position Flexible scheduling based on availability and business demand Compensation is service-based and varies by schedule and client volume; hourly equivalent is estimated for listing purposes. Qualifications Licensed Cosmetologist or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; candidates with relevant wellness or client care experience are encouraged to apply.
