Position Summary Responsible for managing daily service lane operations, customer experience, workflow efficiency, and advisor performance while driving sales, productivity, and CSI. Responsibilities Oversee daily service lane operations and customer flow Manage waiters and reduce delays Coach and support service advisors Monitor KPIs including RO count, closing %, ELR, HPR, and media usage Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Ensure proper documentation and policy compliance Qualifications Automotive service advisor expierence Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dealership service processes and KPIs Benefits Competitive pay Health benefits 401(k) Paid time off Career advancement opportunities
