Manager/Customer Service Representative

Veterinary Practice Manager / CSR Rural Mixed Animal Practice | Full-Time Are you the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced clinic, keeps chaos organized, and genuinely cares about both clients and team culture? We're a busy mixed animal veterinary practice looking for a Practice Manager / Client Service Representative to help lead our front-of-house operations and keep the clinic running smoothly day-to-day. This is not just a desk job—you'll be a key part of building a positive, efficient, and well-run practice.

• ### What You'll Do
• Oversee front desk operations and daily workflow
• Lead and support CSR team (training, scheduling, accountability)
• Ensure excellent client communication and experience
• Manage scheduling efficiency and appointment flow
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Assist with inventory coordination and basic office management
• Work closely with the veterinarian to improve clinic systems and efficiency
• Help manage in-house financials
• ### What We're Looking For
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Confident communicator who can handle difficult conversations
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• High level of reliability and accountability
• Experience in veterinary medicine preferred, but not required
• Previous management, customer service, or team lead experience strongly preferred
