Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Morning/Day Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front of house staff. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor front of house staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.

Customer Experience:

Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily FOH operations, including. order accuracy

Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact between the FOH team and the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication and service flow.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively.

Inventory and Supplies:

Manage FOH inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good condition.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Must have 5am - 6pm availability, including weekends. Proven experience in a FOH leadership role in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.
