Position Overview The Client Service Administrator is a key in-office support role responsible for maintaining client files, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, facilitating client communications, and assisting the advisory team with day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Work Environment In-office position based in Reston, VA Professional, collaborative team environment Business casual attire on most days Business formal attire required when clients are present Key Responsibilities Maintain organized physical and electronic client files with accuracy and attention to detail Prepare and distribute client reports, including financial and performance documentation Facilitate client communications and gather updated information as needed Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for advisors and clients Respond to and help resolve client service inquiries Provide administrative support to the advisory team Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information Learn and navigate internal systems and technology platforms efficiently Collaborate with Client Service Associates and
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER
™ professionals QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of administrative or client service experience, preferably within financial services Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client information Strong commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience Preferred Experience within a financial services, trust, estate, or legal environment SIE, Series 7, or Series 66 licenses preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $55,000-$66,000 annually, based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits Professional development opportunities Occasional evening availability required (approximately one to two times per month)
